At an event in China, Xiaomi introduced the top-end Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone alongside Xiaomi 14.
Xiaomi 14 Pro features a 6.78-inch 2K C8 OLED LTPO screen co-developed by Xiaomi and CSOT. The device, as per Fonearena has support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It also offers, 1920Hz PWM dimming.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and has Circular cold pump cooling system Vapor-liquid separation design, one-way circulation structure, promising 3 times the performance of traditional VC.
Xiaomi 14 Pro comes with triple rear cameras which includes a 50MP 1/1.31″ 1.2μm large sensor, 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 3.2X telephoto camera, same as the Xiaomi 14, all with Leica Summilux lens.
It is housed by a 4880mAh battery, 120W wired charging that can charge up to 100% in 18 minutes, 50W wireless charging for 100% charge in 40 minutes and 10W reverse wireless charging. There is two Xiaomi Surge P2 charging chipsets and one Xiaomi Surge G1 battery management chipset. The phone also has IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
