A pro-Tinubu/Shettima support group, Asiwaju Focus Noni (AFN), has congratulated Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim and Mr. Ayodele Olawande on their appointments as Minister of Youth and Minister of State for Youth, respectively, by President Bola Tinubu.

This is contained in a statement signed by the National Coordinator of AFN, Comrade Awokoya Oriyomi Yusuf (Focus Noni), on Wednesday in Lagos.


"The appointments of Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim and Mr. Ayodele Olawande as Minister of Youth and Minister of State for Youth by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu are well deserved after their engagements and sacrifices at the last general election.


"These two individuals have consistently demonstrated their dedication to the welfare of our youth and the development of our nation. Their qualifications, effectiveness, and commitments to public service have made them a force to be reckoned with, as they have always proven to be calm and energetic.


"Asiwaju Focus Noni stands as a testament to the power of collective action and unwavering support for a shared vision. With our dedication to the "Renewed Hope Agenda" of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we appreciate individuals who continue to inspire hope, foster unity, and contribute to the growth and development of Nigeria," he said.


Awokoya, who is also the Chairman of Amosu Abiara CDA, thanked President Tinubu for running a youth-inclusive government and a gender-friendly administration.


He emphasized that a government that actively includes and promotes the welfare of its youth and women is one that can truly drive progress and development.


The national coordinator further noted that the appointments of Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim and Mr. Ayodele Olawande signal a positive step towards more balanced and inclusive governance.


He expressed that the synergy between the two ministers is promising and that he is confident that their tenure will usher in a wave of positive change and progress towards the sustainability of the country.
