Comrade Awokoya Oriyomi Yusuf (Focus Noni), the National Coordinator of Asiwaju Focus Noni (AFN), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, on the occasion of her 63rd birthday.

Comrade Awokoya described Tinubu as a mentor and role model for many young people, whose position of influence and impact has inspired countless young minds to pursue their dreams with determination and resilience.


In a statement released on Thursday, Awokoya praised the three-term senator and former First Lady of Lagos State as a humanitarian and pillar of support for not just her husband, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and her family but for everyone around her.


Awokoya, the Chairman of Amosu Abiara CDA, Mosan Okunola LCDA, Alimosho,Lagos State, also expressed his belief that Senator Tinubu's leadership has been characterised by grace, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to the betterment of society.


He wished her a happy 63rd birthday celebration, filled with love, good health, and continued success in her endeavours, while expressing the hope that her legacy of service and leadership would continue to inspire generations to come.


In the same vein, Comrade Awokoya has extended his warm congratulations to the newly elected National Working Committee (NWC) of the Amalgamated All Progressive Congress (APC) Support Groups.


This development coincides with the victory of His Excellency Umaru Ganduje, the newly elected party chairman, alongside a significant triumph at the Kano State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal. The Tribunal on Wednesday sacked Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nasiru Gawuna, winner of the March 18 governorship poll.


According to him, the appointment of Engr. Salisu Magaji as Director-General , Hon. Chief Adewale Jelili Adeogun as Deputy Director-General South, and Hon. Dahiru Hammandikko as Deputy Director-General North is a commendable step towards unifying and strengthening the party's support base.


Furthermore, he said, Okedara Kolawole's role as the South West Coordinator and the appointment of Ajibola Afolayan as the National Director for Youth signal the group's commitment to inclusivity and the active engagement of diverse segments of the population.


Comrade Awokoya emphasised the willingness of the newly elected committee members to serve and collaborate at all levels, aiming to facilitate the full actualization of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
