The Chief Executive Officer and founder of Olufunmilayo Foundation, Engr. Oluwaseun, popularly known as Chairman, has described his mother as an epitome of charity following her philanthropic adventure as a born-again christian during her sojourn in life.
This was disclosed while charging beneficiaries of the foundation's charitable works via online that the world remains a beautiful place if we can rise by lifting others in all our daily endeavors.
Equally speaking, the Director of Media and Logistics, Abiodun Ojo of the foundation, said the foundation remains committed to the weak, oppressed and poor as a bid to uphold mummy's giving spirit and numerous charitable works.
According to him, "The foundation clocks three years of existence as this marks the third year of Deaconess Olufunmilayo Ojo's exit from this sinful world. We are committed to emancipate people with the little resources we have.
"Our mummy gives so much that the children started being jealous of strangers or outsiders around her at any given point in time. We intend to please her soul by blessing others, and it is strictly in reference to her spirit of giving. She dedicated most of her life's savings for people in need, without wanting anything in return.
"The first fruit of her womb known as Chairman has embarked on this journey on a larger scale, by extending our mummy's goodwill to the general public. This is a call to duty as far as we are concerned, and it is important to note that we stopped because of the political atmosphere of the country. We have no political or religious undertone but strictly for humanity".
