The EP Girls project trained teachers on girls child adaptability and also created economic recovery initiative that led to the increase of girl child enrolment, train school managers on girl child WASH facilities in school that discourages girls participation in school activities.

DEAN also made women undergo intensive life skill training that has equipped them with economic skills to thrive and become economically empowered to be able to send their girls to school. The training was able to provide financial/economic literacy training that served as a Post Covid economic recovery plan. DEAN led innovations of Girls Skill Acquisition on Reusable Sanitary Towels and hygiene management to help them have a convenient and comfortable life system.

The 2030 UN Agenda recognises the centrality of sanitation and hygiene in the progress of other sectors of the economy, including health, education and poverty reduction.

The Sustainable Development Goal 6, which places importance on access to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) for all, is considered a key driver of economic growth, which also provides leverage for existing investments in health and education.

Health they say, is wealth, just as the World Health Organisation (WHO) has conditioned good health as the prerequisite for sustainable development.

The Acquisition program is to empower the women to train their girls to school and be economically stable to fend for their families.
