Apple of China 'Xiaomi' is Officially Launching in Nigeria, April 24 And Fans Can't Keep Cool

Apple of China 'Xiaomi' has announced via its official Facebook page that the company is launching its products in Nigeria, April 24.

The official Facebook account shared a teaser poster for the event.

There is no information about the products to be launch but Xiaomi gave an hint.

The poster, according to GizmoChina shows a silhouette of a phone and two major landmarks in the city of Lagos and it is believed the phone in the image is the Mi 9, the company's latest flagship model launched at an event on February 20, 2019 in China.

The new phone is reportedly now on sale in France, Spain and Italy and it costs a little more in France, at €499, but elsewhere in Europe it's available from €449, according to TechAdvisor. .

While we note that this isn't the first time Xiaomi or any of its devices is coming to Nigeria; (the brand has a presence in the country via deals with Jumia and other online shopping mart), the fans are happy because the brands physical outlets and stores will make device repair easy and smooth availability and accessibility to accessories whenever a need arises.
