The programme themed “Nature For Water and the Roles of Theatre in Shaping the Society” held at the Garden City Amusement Park, 9 Birabi Street beside Presidential Hotel new GRA Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

The high point of the day was the unveiling of the June project for World Environment Day. The event also featured Games, Music, Interaction with Nollywood Stars and the Screenplay of the National Geographic movie "BEFORE THE FLOOD".

Unveiling the model to the amazed audience, Wonne Afronelly the convener of the group stated that the "Upcycling project" was a prototype of her final year seminar research in 2014 in the University of Ibadan and that it was timely as the World Earth day this year is tagged #EndPlasticPollution, as well as the World Environment Day, tagged #BeatPlasticPollution.

According to Ms. Wonne, The Model For A Plastic Bottle Conservation House will be erected in one of the partner schools.

She, however, stressed that the team had a target to reduce plastics in the environment by TEN MILLION bottles in a space of ten months. She explained that the #1000manMarch with nature which started during the World Environment Day celebration in 2017 would be used to achieve the project #10MillionPlasticBottles.

As an encouragement, she stated that after the first 100 bottles submitted to actualizing the first project as shown in the model (that needs 10,000 bottles), each bundle of a 100 bottles would earn participant a token gift.
