DigiShapersAfrica, a social enterprise tackling digital illiteracy, inequality, and exclusion among young people, is pleased to announce its first annual summit, DIGIfy 1.0.
The summit, which will take place from 27th - 31st March 2023, aims to equip young Africans with the mindset, knowledge, and skills they need to thrive in the digital age and the future of work.
The DIGIFY 1.0 Summit is an online event that will showcase accomplished young leaders with a diverse range of skills and experience.
"We are thrilled to host the DIGIFY 1.0 summit," said Oyindamola Osinubi, the convener of the summit.
"With the Fourth Industrial Revolution upon us, it is imperative that young Africans are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the global digital economy."
The speakers for DIGIFY 1.0 are Oluwatosin Oguntunde, Olawumi Kolawole, Praise Ogunleke, Precious Eze, Rafiat Atanda, Taiwo Babatunde and Oyindamola Osinubi.
During this summit, participants will learn how to utilize the internet for personal development and productivity, academic excellence, accessing fully-funded scholarships, and maximizing global opportunities, including traveling perks and stipends in foreign currencies.
Participants will also get insights into leveraging the internet for polishing their communication skills, entrepreneurship, getting job opportunities, building thought leadership and social capital, and driving change in their communities.
