Former Vice President’s phone stolen at event in Abuja


A mobile phone belonging to former Vice President, Namadi Sambo, was reportedly stolen at a book launch held in Abuja.

This is according to Senator Shehu Sani, a former Senator who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District between 2015 and 2019.

The former lawmaker made it known on his official Twitter handle.


He tweeted on Thursday: “It’s incredible that someone can breach the tight security line and steal the phone of the former VP Sambo at the ongoing late Governor Solomon Lar Book launch in Abuja”.
